Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and support a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators across multiple site locations, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Design, implement, and update training programs using Adult Learning Principles, and develop/maintain a library of training reference materials, SOPs, and job aids.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign courses, track completion rates, manage certifications, and analyze training performance metrics.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, resolve conflicts, champion career development, and mentor Advanced Operators on training peers to establish a scalable peer-mentorship program.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management with demonstrated application of Adult Learning Theory.
- Hands-on experience administering an online LMS (e.g., Docebo, Canvas, TalentLMS) and proficiency in creating digital training materials.
- A clean driving record and strong understanding of safety culture/protocol compliance, with ability to interpret road safety laws and defensive driving techniques.
- Strong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and ability to give/receive constructive feedback while fostering psychological safety.
