Mission
What you will drive
As a member of the Field Operations Coordination Team, you are responsible for the operational coordination of IONITY’s Europe-wide fast-charging network, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring high service availability.
You act as a central interface between monitoring systems, Field Service Engineers, service partners, hardware manufacturers, and internal stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of operational tickets and ensuring efficient coordination, resolution, and closure through close teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure continuous operation of the charging network through virtual monitoring and proactive operational support across all operating countries.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for tickets, including qualification, prioritization, coordination of actions, escalation, documentation, spare-part tracking, and final closure.
- Coordinate interventions for both warranty and out-of-warranty cases, ensuring alignment with priorities and operational data.
- Coordinate site interventions with internal Field Service Engineers and external partners such as hardware manufacturers and service partners.

- Fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage.
