Field Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Supervise 8-10 Canvass Leads through regular check-ins, feedback, and evaluation
• Implement and manage systems and structures for canvass protocols and quality control
• Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure effective operations and troubleshoot issues
• Support canvass leads in volunteer recruitment, training, and leadership development

This role creates positive change by mobilizing thousands of volunteers to support grassroots organizations and labor unions in swing states, helping defeat right-wing politics and build long-term power for working class communities and communities of color through electoral victories.

Required qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale electoral campaign field work (paid or volunteer)
• Experience with field program data management, particularly using VAN
• Experience in team management and/or supervision
• Strong facilitation skills for leading trainings and workshops
• Experience with digital tools (Mobilize America, miniVAN, Slack, Airtable)

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual salary: $80,000 - $95,000
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
• Paid time off
