Field Lead, AI Hardware Security and Verification

• Develop hardware architectures that help verify and secure advanced AI systems as the Technical Lead for the AI Security hardware workstream
• Apply a framework for turning high-level AI goals into actionable engineering work plans
• Build relationships with key players in compute governance and AI verification across labs, policymakers, and researchers
• Lead technical delivery, working alongside engineers to translate AI security requirements into hardware implementations
• Grow and mentor a team of engineers as the workstream expands
