Mission
What you will drive
- Own operational readiness and plant performance for the Pecos plant, including commissioning, startup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, lead root cause analysis, and respond to urgent problems to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory, spare parts, and equipment logistics, and utilize CMMS systems for maintenance planning.
- Develop and refine SOPs, training materials, and field service procedures.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering required.
- 3+ years of field engineering or hands-on experience supporting industrial or process equipment.
- Experience within energy, electrochemical, hydrogen, or industrial systems environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems, spare parts planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
