Field Engineer

• Own operational readiness and plant performance for the Pecos plant, including commissioning, startup, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, lead root cause analysis, and respond to urgent problems to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and equipment logistics, and utilize CMMS systems for maintenance planning.
• Develop and refine SOPs, training materials, and field service procedures.

This role directly supports the deployment and reliable operation of green hydrogen production, enabling decarbonization of heavy industry and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of field engineering or hands-on experience supporting industrial or process equipment.
• Experience within energy, electrochemical, hydrogen, or industrial systems environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, spare parts planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Base salary range: $96,000 – $110,000 USD (MA zone). Additional benefits include equity grant, time off programs, $75/month cell phone allowance, 4% employer 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and discretionary bonus.
