Mission

What you will drive

  • Own operational readiness and plant performance for the Pecos plant, including commissioning, startup, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, lead root cause analysis, and respond to urgent problems to minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory, spare parts, and equipment logistics, and utilize CMMS systems for maintenance planning.
  • Develop and refine SOPs, training materials, and field service procedures.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering required.
  • 3+ years of field engineering or hands-on experience supporting industrial or process equipment.
  • Experience within energy, electrochemical, hydrogen, or industrial systems environments.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, spare parts planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
