Field Associate Manager 

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all operational activities within Ethiopia, including farmer sensitization campaigns, client training, and Crop Cut Experiments
• Manage Field Coordinators and Sr Field Coordinators, including recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
• Handle data collection and management, refining study designs, overseeing data collection exercises, and assisting with data quality queries
• Coordinate with client field staff and insurance auditors, escalating field issues and resolving customer complaints from farmers and stakeholders

This role helps provide climate insurance to smallholder farmers in Africa and Asia, protecting their livelihoods from climate risks and unlocking billions in capital for climate resilience.

Required qualifications and skills:

• BSc degree in Project Management, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or Business/Management related field
• 5+ years experience working with clients, project teams, farmers, field teams and agro dealers
• Experience in data collection and data management with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with ability to work independently in multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional, and multicultural environments
