Fiber Optic Splicer 1 (Remote)

• Perform splicing and testing of fiber optic cables in indoor and outdoor settings under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve fiber optic issues to maintain network integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of splicing operations, test results, and network configurations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manage splicing tools and equipment inventory.

This role supports the expansion and maintenance of renewable energy infrastructure, including utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, contributing to the transition to clean energy.

• No experience required in fiber optic field; experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work safely outdoors in all weather conditions and travel full time.
• Willingness to learn fiber splicing, testing, and maintenance through hands-on and classroom training.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a team environment.
