Female Apprentice Engineer

We are seeking a Female Apprentice Engineer to join our team. As an Apprentice Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced engineers in the design, development, and testing of our products. Responsibilities include: Assisting in the design and development of new products, Conducting tests and experiments to ensure product quality, Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. This role helps advance the company's mission to get all customers to net zero by 2050 by increasing female representation in engineering and making customers more comfortable with energy efficiency solutions in their homes.

Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Starting salaries from £16,053 to £18,564, increasing as you progress
• Potential to earn up to £45,483 depending on the path chosen
• London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,160 to £6,240 for those living or starting work within London
