Fellowship Manager, New York

• Own end-to-end fellow experience, including strategy and health of the Activate New York community, evolving the fellowship through programming, partnerships, and community-building.
• Direct New York community programming, including bi-weekly in-person and quarterly virtual programming.
• Manage local program operations, including fellow selection, onboarding, data, and benefits.
• Manage the Fellowship Associate and partner with the Managing Director to support fellows.

This role directly supports scientist-entrepreneurs in commercializing breakthrough hard-tech innovations in climate tech, new materials, biomanufacturing, and aerospace, accelerating the transition from discovery to real-world impact.

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year supporting scientists, research, hard tech, or entrepreneurship.
• Passion for and experience with community building.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gather entrepreneur challenges into programming.
