What you will drive
- Deliver engaging live Fellowship sessions with clear learning objectives, strong presentation materials, and interactive learning elements.
- Lead curriculum development and continuous improvement by updating content based on feedback, research, and emerging climate developments.
- Facilitate peer-learning experiences, discussion spaces, and collaborative educational activities.
- Monitor emerging developments in climate science, policy, technology, and market trends to maintain curriculum relevance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated experience delivering live educational content to diverse audiences and strong facilitation skills for workshops and interactive events.
- Experience designing or facilitating educational experiences for adult learners, professionals, or career-transition audiences preferred.
- Strong understanding of climate solutions through lenses including science, policy, economics, finance, technology, and environmental justice.
- Graduate degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
