Core responsibilities:
- Play a leadership role in shaping the revised research design for a study across ten representative states on secondary education
- Oversee fieldwork and coordinate implementation across two to three states
- Work closely with state-level team leaders and engage with state government officials to secure necessary approvals prior to fieldwork

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- PhD (or equivalent professional experience) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in field-based education research
- At least one book or peer-reviewed journal publication
- International research exposure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows including stakeholder consultations, roundtables, and interviews
- Proven capacity to handle team communications with professionalism and clarity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment
