Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of clinic and clinic network information in the database
- Research, contact, and add new clinics through online research and virtual outreach (primarily phone calls and emails)
- Enter data clearly and correctly, following detailed internal protocols and formatting standards
- Maintain database quality by ensuring all clinics meet inclusion standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep data accurate and up to date, especially in response to changes in laws or policies
- Support day-to-day team operations and broader project needs as they arise
- Use platforms such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Monday.com to track and manage data

This role supports the expansion and upkeep of service finders on Bedsider and AbortionFinder.org, helping ensure millions of users have access to accurate information about reproductive health services, thereby advancing sexual and reproductive well-being for all.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (including Sheets and Docs) for tracking, organizing, and communicating information efficiently
- Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, be highly responsive, and organized
- A self-starter who can solve problems creatively, work well in a team setting as well as independently, and pay meticulous attention to details
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Applicants must be based in the United States
