Fall 2026 Human Resources Internship

• Draft job postings in Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)
• Support administrative aspects of the hiring process, including drafting offer letters and sourcing
• Assist with maintaining accurate recruiting data, documentation, and candidate records
• Assign various required HR trainings for staff and assist with HR reports

Support Earthjustice's mission to protect people's health, preserve places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change by contributing to effective HR operations that enable the organization to hire and support talented staff.

• Enrolled in a college/university program with expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2029
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Great interpersonal skills – strong written and verbal communication skills, good listener, and able to troubleshoot issues

Hourly rate of $19.18 for undergraduate students; remote work from within the U.S.; 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.
