External Epidemiology Expert (NCD Surveillance)

• Strengthen the use of existing Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) and NCD surveillance practices in Tunisia, Lebanon, and Türkiye.
• Support the effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Active Patient Care Model (APCM) through improved use of routine health information.

This role will improve NCD surveillance and health information systems in the Mediterranean region, directly contributing to better health outcomes and disease prevention in underserved communities.

• Expert in Epidemiology with a focus on NCD surveillance.
• Experience with Health Information Management Systems (HIMS).
• Ability to work in coordination with project partners in Tunisia, Lebanon, and Türkiye.
