• 7+ years of professional experience in international development, public policy, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-impact projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
