Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, partners, facilitators, participants, applicants, volunteers, and funders (written comms & online meetings)
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Draft correspondence, briefs, sheets, slides, social media posts, and documents on behalf of the CEO
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction from the CEO's workflow
  • Handle important and sensitive administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, contracts, and legal documents, deposits, payments, and refunds
  • Use automation and AI tools to make processes more efficient
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
