What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including project coordination, travel logistics, event coordination, and meeting organization
- Manage executive calendars, arrange meeting schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Support corporate accounting team with administrative duties and manage information in the Investor Management system
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and spreadsheets while maintaining project documentation and timelines
