Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead major fundraising efforts at scale by engaging high-net-worth individuals, donor-advised funds, foundations, corporations, family offices, and global philanthropic networks
- Build global awareness and elevate the brand by positioning OWOF as a respected humanitarian organization through storytelling, media, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Strengthen and support the global chapter ecosystem across 100+ countries by providing alignment, tools, messaging, and inspiration
- Lead organizational leadership and governance including managing a lean U.S.-based HQ team, building scalable systems, and overseeing budgets and financial management

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in philanthropy, nonprofits, foundations, or impact organizations
- Proven track record raising significant funds, especially in major gifts, foundations, and donor-advised vehicles
- Strong networks within HNWI/UHNWI communities, family offices, institutional donors, and corporate social impact leaders
- Demonstrated ability to build brand visibility and public presence
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable building new systems, structures, and teams
- Skilled communicator, storyteller, and relationship-builder
- Must be U.S.-based and able to travel internationally as needed
