Executive Director, Research and Partnerships

The Executive Director, Research and Partnerships will lead the development and implementation of research and partnerships strategies to advance the organization's mission and goals. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, government agencies, and private sector organizations. The Executive Director will also oversee the development and management of research projects, including designing and implementing research studies, analyzing data, and disseminating findings. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Requirements include a Ph.D. in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in research and partnerships, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
