Core responsibilities:

• Lead the global partnership of Unitarian Universalists working for women's and girls' equity
• Connect women to advance women's leadership and self-determination worldwide
• Work to end all forms of discrimination through Unitarian Universalist connections
• Manage and guide the organization of volunteers

This role creates positive change by advancing women's leadership and self-determination globally, working to end all forms of discrimination through international Unitarian Universalist connections, and fostering intercultural dialogue for women's equity.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in leadership roles within global or religious organizations
• Understanding of intercultural dialogue and global community dynamics
• Commitment to women's equity and ending discrimination
• Ability to work with diverse volunteer members and value every voice equally
