Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide organizational leadership, change management, strategic visioning, public awareness, fundraising, board development and engagement, staff supervision, operations, and fiscal and legal oversight
- Drive revenue growth through diversified fundraising to ensure long-term stability through existing funding relationships and skilled grant writing
- Develop and manage annual budgets, oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensure the financial health of the organization
- Lead and oversee effective, measurable state-level policy campaigns that elevate youth voices and achieve real climate wins

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Exemplary record of leadership with at least three years in senior leadership positions at other nonprofits
- Experience raising money for nonprofit organizations with a track record of successful fundraising, campaigns, individual donor stewardship, and full-cycle grants management
- Deep relationships in the climate justice ecosystem with experience working with coalitions, funders, and movement leaders
- Experience navigating winning climate campaigns with political and strategic acumen and a strong grasp of the climate policy landscape

- Annual salary range: $89,000-$125,000
- $900 monthly healthcare stipend
