Mission
What you will drive
Responsibilities
- Provide senior operational oversight of Neotree's operations across 18 healthcare facilities in Malawi and Zimbabwe, ensuring consistent delivery of the "baby-first" mission
- Lead the development and execution of Neotree's business model and strategy to scale impact globally as a digital public good
- Provide robust oversight of the charity's finances, including budget setting, cash flow, and management of complex institutional grants
- Lead, oversee and inspire a multi-disciplinary, multi-country team, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and excellence

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree (MSc, MPH, MBA) in a relevant field such as Global Health, International Development, or Digital Health
- Proven track record of overseeing delivery of health services/interventions in low-resource settings and working in partnership with Ministries of Health
- Experience scaling an organization or digital product/health intervention from pilot phase to national or regional standard
- Experience leading multidisciplinary, multi-cultural teams both in person and remotely, and managing complex grants and diverse revenue streams
