What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Product Strategy team focusing on developing and potentially launching assets in GI/GU cancers
  • Partner with oncology clinicians to understand patient needs and with R&D teams to design successful clinical development programs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including product branding, positioning, and scientific messaging
  • Provide strategic direction to cross-functional groups and manage vendor partnerships and budget requirements

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities
  • Experience in both country/affiliate leadership roles and at regional or international level
  • Oncology including immunotherapy knowledge and significant experience in launching products internationally and nationally
  • Strong analytical, organizational, collaboration, and team-building skills with fluency in English
