What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Product Strategy team focusing on developing and potentially launching assets in GI/GU cancers
- Partner with oncology clinicians to understand patient needs and with R&D teams to design successful clinical development programs
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including product branding, positioning, and scientific messaging
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional groups and manage vendor partnerships and budget requirements

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities
- Experience in both country/affiliate leadership roles and at regional or international level
- Oncology including immunotherapy knowledge and significant experience in launching products internationally and nationally
- Strong analytical, organizational, collaboration, and team-building skills with fluency in English
