Mission
What you will drive
- Lead strategic and operational execution of GNPS's mission, including program management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expand fundraising and partnership programs, implement the 2026-28 Strategic Plan, and increase member engagement and public visibility.
- Advocate with government officials at state and local levels to advance the society's policy priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Managerial experience, preferably senior level in a nonprofit organization.
- Proven leadership, relationship management, marketing, and fundraising experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
- Experience or knowledge in botany, ecology, horticulture, or environmental sustainability (desired).
Benefits
