About the Role
The Executive Director will provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to the organization, overseeing program development and implementation to achieve advocacy objectives and policy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to the organization in accordance with DRAD's mission and goals
- Oversee program development and implementation to achieve advocacy objectives and policy goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to ensure financial stability and long-term sustainability
- Manage day-to-day operations including financial management, staff supervision, and organizational administration

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit management including staff management, board relations, and organizational development
- Proven fundraising success with foundations and ability to adapt to changes in philanthropic sector
- Strong financial management skills including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Successful people management experience and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
