Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of staff and operations, ensuring alignment with CDI's mission and strategic plan.
- Lead resource development efforts, including building relationships with donors and foundations, and overseeing grant proposals and reports.
- Foster a participatory management culture, supervise direct reports, and ensure sound financial practices and compliance.
- Build external relationships, advocate for cooperative-friendly policies, and serve as the link between the Board and staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7 years of executive leadership experience in economic, small business, community, or cooperative development.
- Nonprofit management experience including supervising teams, budgeting, fundraising, and working with a Board of Directors.
- Knowledge of innovative economic and community development models, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to travel periodically throughout the Northeast; competency with GSuite, Zoom, and remote meetings.
Benefits
