Executive Director

• Lead the organization's programs, services, and outreach to promote racial and ethnic integration and diversity in Columbia, Maryland.
• Drive fundraising diversification, strategic partnerships, visibility, and advocacy while ensuring strong operational oversight.
• Represent Columbia Housing Center to the public, lead organizational development and strategic planning, and build partner relationships.

This role directly advances racial and ethnic integration and diversity in Columbia, Maryland, fostering inclusive communities and equitable housing opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in non-profit management or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years of nonprofit leadership experience.
• Experience in community development, economic development, public relations/strategic marketing, and/or residential real estate development strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated grant writing, fundraising, marketing, and advocacy skills; excellent leadership, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.

Salary range: $95,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package offered.
