Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the overall success of Climate Action Pathfinders, including team leadership, strategic planning, project and operations management, relationship management, and fund development.
- Convene and support local climate action leaders through structured peer learning, consulting, and working groups to advance decarbonization goals.
- Develop and scale the program to engage over 100 communities within 3-5 years, including creating a Climate Action Playbook.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-10 years of relevant experience (including academic or volunteer experience) with strategic, collaborative, and values-driven leadership.
- Ability to build authentic, high-trust relationships and facilitate group processes for shared learning and collective action.
- Fundraising and financial management capacity, including budgeting and tracking revenues/expenses.
- Experience in team leadership, strategic planning, partner engagement, and systems change or quality improvement initiatives.
