Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the organization through transition and growth, setting strategic direction and building systems, processes, and team culture.
  • Drive revenue and financial health through diversified fundraising, carbon sales, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with landowners, funders, corporate partners, and public agencies as the primary external representative.
  • Oversee programs and operations to ensure quality, integrity, and mission alignment.
