What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and community outreach efforts while overseeing administration, programs, projects, and strategic plan
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategy including individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and earned-income opportunities
- Oversee development and implementation of programs that carry out the organization's mission and strategic plans
- Serve as primary spokesperson and advocate for the X and Y variation community at local, national, and international levels

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Three or more years senior nonprofit management experience
- Solid, hands-on budget management skills including preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector
- Strong written and oral communication skills including public speaking ability
