Executive Director- 30 hrs/week

Core responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and community outreach efforts while overseeing administration, programs, projects, and strategic plan
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategy including individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and earned-income opportunities
• Oversee development and implementation of programs that carry out the organization's mission and strategic plans
• Serve as primary spokesperson and advocate for the X and Y variation community at local, national, and international levels

This role creates positive change by leading an organization that supports individuals with X and Y chromosome variations, advocating for their needs, developing programs that carry out the mission, and enhancing the organization's visibility and impact within the community.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Three or more years senior nonprofit management experience
• Solid, hands-on budget management skills including preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector
• Strong written and oral communication skills including public speaking ability

Compensation range is approximately $60,000. This is a virtual part-time 30-hour-per-week position with the possibility of shifting to full-time in the future.
