Executive Coordinator

• Provide high-level support to the board, executive team, and directors, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, travel, communications, and administration for a distributed, mission-driven team
• Assist with 3–4 virtual board meetings and one in-person board meeting per year, including scheduling, planning, logistics, agenda preparation, note-taking, and minute drafting
• Provide executive-level administrative support to 4–6 remote executives, managing complex calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, and assisting with document and presentation preparation
• Assist 4 directors with planning and logistics for up to 10 in-person convenings per year, and support operational duties including CRM data entry, software procurement, and special projects

This role supports leadership in driving policies and initiatives that make a triple impact on climate, justice, and jobs, drastically reducing dangerous emissions and making industry accountable to communities and workers.

• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with IT platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and ease in hosting virtual meetings and webinars
• Professional experience in both nonprofit and for-profit settings (preferred)
• Exposure to the climate, climate justice, labor, or related movements (preferred)
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce (preferred)
• Experience in event planning and logistics support (preferred)

Hourly pay: $43.75. Competitive benefits for part-time employment including work-from-home stipend, up to 5% 401k employer match, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO (with minimum requirement of 8 business days for this role), and once-yearly additional prorated compensation of $6,000 to offset self-acquired health coverage costs.
