Executive Coordinator

Core responsibilities include:

• Provide high-level support to board, executive team, and directors with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, communications, and administration
• Manage complex calendars and appointments for 4-6 remote executives, arrange travel, process expenses, and assist with document preparation
• Support board meetings (3-4 virtual and 1 in-person annually) including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, note-taking, and minute drafting
• Assist directors with planning and logistics for up to 10 in-person convenings per year and support operational duties including CRM data entry and software management

This role supports an organization working to transform heavy industry to drastically reduce dangerous emissions and make industry accountable to communities and workers, creating positive change through climate action, justice, and job creation.

Required qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with IT platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting hosting
• Commitment to mission alignment, core values, and a collaborative, inclusive workplace

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional experience in both nonprofit and for-profit settings
• Exposure to climate, climate justice, labor, or related movements
• Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce
• Experience in event planning and logistics support

Hourly pay of $43.75 with transparent compensation policy (no negotiation). Benefits include work-from-home stipend, up to 5% 401k employer match, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO (minimum 8 business days for this role), and once-yearly additional prorated compensation of $6,000 to offset self-acquired health coverage costs.
