Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, email, and meeting logistics
  • Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and member organizations across the country
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel and track follow-up action items
  • Support expense reporting, donor database, donor acknowledgments, and digital file management
  • Assist with fundraising, policy, and media research projects

Required skills and experience:

  • 3+ years supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant or similar role)
  • Experience in nonprofit, public health, advocacy, or mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact, Canva, donor databases, PayPal, Wix, or project management tools a plus
  • Exceptional written communication, organization, and judgment
  • Ability to work independently with high discretion
