Executive Assistant to the CEO
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, email, and meeting logistics
- Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and member organizations across the country
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
- Coordinate travel and track follow-up action items
- Support expense reporting, donor database, donor acknowledgments, and digital file management
- Assist with fundraising, policy, and media research projects

Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant or similar role)
- Experience in nonprofit, public health, advocacy, or mission-driven organizations preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, Canva, donor databases, PayPal, Wix, or project management tools a plus
- Exceptional written communication, organization, and judgment
- Ability to work independently with high discretion
