What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own complex calendar management for the CEO and CTO across time zones, prioritize and protect focus time, and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Plan and coordinate international travel, handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
- Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders, draft professional communications, and coordinate with internal teams
- Track action items from key meetings, support critical moments like board meetings, and help maintain founder workflows and documentation

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant supporting CEO and senior executives, ideally in a startup/high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong judgment to prioritize and manage tradeoffs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew, with experience working with global time zones (US/Europe)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and calendar scheduling tools, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and frequent change
