Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide senior level support to Founder and CEO, serving as gatekeeper and maintaining excellent communication between the CEO and donors, board members, and other stakeholders
  • Manage CEO calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, monitor and respond to heavy phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist in planning organization event administration, preparing board meeting materials, and maintaining confidential files and records
  • Recruit, interview and supervise interns, assist in preparation of presentations, and perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Detail oriented, extremely organized with strong administrative background and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills, proficient with major computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, must have non profit background and excellent people and customer skills
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with CAN-do-WILL-do attitude, able to work under minimal supervision with high degree of confidentiality
