Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, and document organization.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, with exceptional accuracy.
  • Support logistics for Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team retreats and events, including vendor communication and scheduling.
  • Assist with administrative and coordination support for key flagship initiatives overseen by the Executive Director.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office operations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common remote collaboration tools.
