Executive Assistant - Remote

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, and document organization.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, with exceptional accuracy.
• Support logistics for Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team retreats and events, including vendor communication and scheduling.
• Assist with administrative and coordination support for key flagship initiatives overseen by the Executive Director.

This role enables the Executive Director to focus on strategic priorities, ensuring smooth operations for an organization that provides critical open-source data and analysis to drive the global clean energy transition and combat climate change.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common remote collaboration tools.

Full-time, 40-hour-per-week, work-from-home position. Pay rate: $40.27 per hour (US-based).
