Mission
What you will drive
- Provide executive assistant support to the CEO or Managing Director, including calendar management, travel booking, meeting preparation, and stakeholder liaison.
- Serve as a program analyst for the GHG Accounting and Target-Setting Standards Program or Emerging Initiatives Program, conducting research, data analysis, and content development.
- Support stakeholder meetings, board meetings, and special events with logistics and materials preparation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental studies, sustainability, energy, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Salary: $70,000-$95,000 per year depending on location and qualifications. Eligible for up to 15% year-end performance bonus.
