What you will drive
Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Manage the Executive Vice President's calendar, scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and track priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities are clearly defined
- Draft first versions of internal and external communications, including talking points, presentations, briefing memos, and basic reports
- Support team collaboration by helping convene meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in an executive assistant, project coordinator, program coordinator, or similar support role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, education, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in written communications, including technical writing and editing
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to work with organization-specific programs and software, including Salesforce
