Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, meeting logistics, and travel, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, presentations, and events
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications, presentations, reports, and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors, supporting all Board activities including meeting planning, materials preparation, minutes, and follow-up
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events including Board meetings, retreats, fundraising events, and special initiatives

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of executive-level administrative support, ideally to a CEO/Executive Director or senior leader
  • Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars, competing priorities, and multi-time-zone scheduling
  • 2+ years supporting board or governance work, including committee coordination and follow-up
  • Hands-on experience planning high-level meetings or events (board meetings, retreats, donor events)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools
  • Experience working within a federated or networked organization, navigating multi-stakeholder communication

Salary Range: $58,500-71,500 annually.
