What you will drive
Core responsibilities for this Executive Assistant role:
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the Managing Director and senior members of the leadership team
- Manage complex business and personal calendars, meetings and logistics, with the authority to make decisions on behalf of the executives
- Act as a key point of contact, managing inboxes and incoming communications with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting

Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting senior executives and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint)
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
