Executive and Operations Associate

• In this role, you'll manage executive operations and build systems that enable the small team to operate at scale.
• Manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and priorities for two Co-Chairs across multiple time zones and international stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors, software licenses, document management, and administrative processes to support organizational operations.
• Build and maintain Zapier automations, CRM systems, and project management tools to optimize workflows.
• Provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and evaluate new software solutions for the team.
