What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations across multiple domains at a global mental health nonprofit
  • Act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders, handling communications and coordinating meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met while drafting documents on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle sensitive administrative tasks including invoices, contracts, legal documents, payments, and refunds
