Mission
What you will drive
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for HRFN's Festival, including logistics, registration, vendor coordination, and onsite management.
- Manage detailed project timelines using Asana, ensuring staff, consultants, and partners meet deadlines.
- Coordinate other HRFN events (public, invite-only, internal) from venue sourcing to day-of execution.
- Serve as central coordination hub, facilitating communication across teams, vendors, and participants.
