Events Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver UnLtd's event portfolio in line with organizational strategy
• Manage the entire event process from planning through delivery and evaluation
• Support frontline teams to deliver events for social entrepreneurs and UnLtd's wider network
• Work as part of and lead cross-functional teams to execute events efficiently

This role supports social entrepreneurs and maximizes their impact by delivering high-quality events that meet their needs and strengthen UnLtd's network within the UK's social enterprise sector.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Confident event specialist with experience managing event portfolios
• Meticulous organizational skills and ability to ensure events fulfill their purpose
• Flexible approach and ability to remain calm when plans change or information is incomplete
• Ability to work hands-on and lead cross-functional teams
