What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project timeline for GYIS, including logistics, marketing, registration, and programming milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for keynote speakers and industry panelists, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared
- Lead all on-site operations, managing volunteers and troubleshooting in real time
- Work closely with the Executive Director on development initiatives tied to GYIS and broader YIS fundraising efforts

Required skills and experience:
- Strong project and event management experience (nonprofit, education, or conference experience a plus)
