Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate and execute a portfolio of in-person, digital, and hybrid events for Aspen FSP, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations.
  • Partner with program leads to align events with strategic goals, manage workplans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee event budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event reconciliations.
  • Produce event materials and maintain brand consistency across all communications.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3 years of relevant meeting and event management experience and a bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with event registration software, WordPress, Zoom, CRM, Google Workplace, and Microsoft Office.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary range: $62,000 - $70,000 per year. Based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work schedule (minimum 2 days in-office). Occasional evening/weekend events (5%) and travel (up to 10%).
