Event Lead

• Lead safe, well-organized garden distribution events to help participants save water.
• Coordinate event supplies, manage setup and close-out, and support volunteers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster an inclusive environment.

This role directly helps Coloradans adopt waterwise landscapes, addressing one of the state's most pressing concerns—water conservation—by distributing over 13,000 low-water garden kits annually.

• Passion for water conservation or strong desire to learn.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating events or leading volunteer groups preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and smartphone required; must be 21+.

Hourly rate $20.00-$22.00, plus mileage reimbursement, paid training, cell phone stipend, and accrued paid sick leave. Seasonal, part-time position with flexible start/end dates.
