Evaluation of the Postgraduate Diploma in Infectious Diseases (PGDip ID)

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct an evaluation of the Postgraduate Diploma in Infectious Diseases (PGDip ID) program
• Apply mixed-methods evaluation skills (qualitative and quantitative) to assess the workplace-based, tutor-supported, blended learning programme
• Produce a comprehensive evaluation report with strong analytical insights

This evaluation will help improve a healthcare education program that trains medical professionals in infectious diseases, ultimately contributing to better healthcare delivery in humanitarian contexts where MSF operates.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in evaluating education, training, or learning programmes (preferably in health or humanitarian contexts)
• Strong mixed-methods evaluation skills (qualitative and quantitative)
• Expertise in adult learning, health education, and/or pedagogy
• Familiarity with blended and workplace-based learning models
• At least one team member with prior MSF field or HQ experience
• Strong analytical and evaluation report-writing skills
