Required skills and experience:

- Strong mixed-methods evaluation skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Expertise in adult learning, health education, and/or pedagogy
- Familiarity with blended and workplace-based learning models
- At least one team member with prior MSF field or HQ experience
- Strong analytical and evaluation report-writing skills
