Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the evaluation expert on the team, establishing best practices to maximize program impact and external storytelling
  • Define, oversee, and implement the organization's evaluation strategy from planning, coordination, and design through reporting
  • Collect, manage, and analyze evaluation data to report on program performance and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain an evaluation metrics dashboard and other resources to track program performance, outcomes, and key indicators across programs

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field with minimum five years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning
  • Expert knowledge of evaluation design, outcome measurement, and impact reporting with advanced statistics (statistical significance, regression, RCT design etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation, and R or Python for statistical analysis and research computing
  • Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills with strong ability to communicate evaluation findings to non-technical and leadership audiences

  • Starting salary range: $88,000-92,000
