The Evaluation & Impact Associate role is available at International Economic Development.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of process evaluation for the Economic Partnership Alliance, focusing on technical assistance contributions, participant experiences, and partnership building lessons
- Conduct data collection, organization, and analysis for both the Economic Partnership Alliance and Economic Recovery Corps programs
- Assist with qualitative coding, basic quantitative analysis, and preparation of data summaries, tables, and draft sections of learning briefs or evaluation reports
- Support knowledge management, literature reviews, and translation of evaluation findings into internal learning materials and funder-facing documentation

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in evaluation, social science research, public policy, community/economic development, international development, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in evaluation, research, data analysis, or learning-focused roles; experience supporting program or process evaluations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting mixed-methods research or evaluation activities, including qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, survey platforms, and virtual collaboration tools; strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
